Hvordan lever du som ægtefælle i dit ægteskab?
Gælder det om at have ret?…så ens egne meninger kan ‘vinde’?

Er det nederlag for dig, hvis du ikke får ret? Tænk hvis du skal indrømme, du måske tager fejl i nogle ting…. Ydmygende… Ikke?
I alt for mange ægteskaber, er det to individualister, der finder sammen – og så snart den følelsesmæssige rus er overstået, gælder det om at have ret – opdrage børnene på SIN måde.

Ved du godt, at hvis du kender Jesus og ønsker at leve med Ham, så vil du gøre alt hvad du kan for at lade din ægtefælle lykkes. Du vil ikke være optaget at at få ret, men af at være fælles. Du vil ikke blive fornærmet, men taknemmelig.

Giv plads…. Og husk at DINE meninger om opdragelse og andre generelle ting ikke nødvendigvis er bedre end den andens.

Husk at ordet ‘undskyld’ og ordet ‘tak’ sætter fri. Det er IKKE nederlag, at indrømme sine fejl og at give udtryk for sin taknemmelighed…. Men det er nederlag ikke at lære af sine fejl og skyde skylden på den anden.

Bær hinanden….! Drop din egoisme og lad Jesu hjerte gennemsyre dit sind. Ydmyg dig selv oprigtigt, og lad Gud bære dig og ophøje dig.
